📦 3-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The seal / packing must be intact for the return to be approved.

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Take clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
2️⃣ Send the photos along with your order details on our WhatsApp support number within 24 hours of delivery.
3️⃣ Our team will verify the issue and arrange for replacement or refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.
