💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – MSAF Garden

At MSAF Garden, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for the convenience of our customers.

📦 COD Availability

• COD service is available on selected products and serviceable pin codes only.
• COD availability will be shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.
• We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

💰 COD Charges

• A nominal COD handling fee of ₹XX may be applied to COD orders.
• This fee is non-refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch.

📞 Order Verification

• COD orders may be confirmed via call / SMS / WhatsApp before dispatch.
• If the order is not confirmed by the customer, MSAF Garden reserves the right to cancel the order.

🚚 Refusal to Accept COD Order

• Customers are requested to accept the COD order once shipped.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for future purchases.

🔄 Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

• Returns are accepted as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI only.

• Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Courier partners may not always carry change.
