Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before shipment.

- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Expired or defective product.
- Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied with invoice.
- Fertilizers or garden products once opened/used cannot be returned due to safety and contamination reasons.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- In case of a wrong or defective product, we will arrange a free replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
